Forest + Mickey Are Bonded Together and Looking for a Home
This week, we have two cuties who just arrived at the Animal Welfare Society and would love to wind up together in a new forever home.
Their names are Forest and Mickey, and they recently arrived at the Animal Welfare Society when there was a divorce in their family and there was no one able to take care of them.
Since they have been together for most of their lives and they are together every day at the shelter, it would be great if they could be adopted together.
Forest is a ten-year-old chihuahua and Mickey is a thirteen-year-old shih tzu. Since they are both senior dogs, they do qualify for the senior to senior discount. Check with the AWS for details.

This Saturday the Animal Welfare Society is having another 'Pet Thrift Shop'. Find Bargains on gently-used pet goods. Soft-sided carriers, all sizes of crates, pet ramps and steps, feeding bowls, leashes, collars, grooming tools, clothing, and more. The thrift shop is held the second Saturday of each month through October. New items each month. All proceeds help the AWS Rescued Pets!
For more information on Forest and Mickey and all the other adoptable Dogs and Cats, call the Animal Welfare Society at (860) 354-1350 or visit them on Dodd Road in New Milford.
