Have a Look at the New Speed Cameras in Washington, Connecticut
I drove along the first stretch of roadway in all of the State of Connecticut to be monitored by a speed camera. If you haven't seen one yet, here's what they look like.
The cutest little town to ever inspire Amy Sherman-Palladino has become the first in Connecticut to operate those dreaded speed-enforcement cameras we've all heard so much about. Three speed-enforcement cameras are being installed around Washington, and the first one that I passed by is on Old Litchfield Road. My wife gave me a head's up that this one is operational, she passes by it every day on her way into work at Gunn. I was a good driver, I was able to pass through without getting ticketed with a 29MPH trip, but some of my wife's co-workers haven't been as lucky, they've received warning tickets.
