4 of Greater Danbury’s Best Bars for ‘The Big Game’
The "Big Game" is coming on February 11, 2024 from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
While we don't know which two teams will be playing that day, we know we'll all be watching.
On the Friday (1/5/24) edition of the I-95 Morning Show we were discussing the merits of going to a sports bar for the "Big Game." Now, anyone who listens closely to the Ethan, Lou & Large Dave Show, knows it's a tall task to get any of us to go out of the house. We all prefer the at-home sports experience but when we go out you may find us in one of these places, especially on "Splendorous Sunday."

The guys also talked about some of the magical stories that could emerge during the playoffs but Ethan was more interested in trying to get an invite over Lou's house.

These bar selections are all personal choices but there are so many good places to catch a game in Greater-Danbury like:
Barberie's Black Angus - Danbury
TK's - Danbury
Square One - Danbury
Lakeside Pub - Danbury
Molly Darcy's - Danbury
Old Oak - Danbury
Widow Brown's - Danbury
MarketPlace - Danbury
Prime Pub - Danbury
Michael's Tap Room - Bethel
Notch 8 - Bethel
Putnam House - Bethel
Maggie McFly's - Brookfield
Scooter's - New Milford
ICON's - New Fairfield
O'Connor's - New Milford & Brookfield
Colony Grill - Norwalk
Apologies to any of the places I forgot off-hand but the point is there are a lot of options. Let's shop, drink and EAT at local, family-owned businesses so we can keep them going. If we don't support these places Amazon will own everything and decide what we eat, how and when.
If you don't think they have a plan to roll-out restaurants and/or take over the world, you're not paying attention. The world is already a toilet, I don't want to live in a reality where family pubs are a faded memory. Where would we go to laugh and cry with friends?
