You’re in Good Hands With Allstate — Our Pet of the Week

This week we have a veteran hunting dog available for adoption, and his name is Allstate.

Allstate is an 7 year old American foxhound. He was a part of the Roxbury Hunting Club, when it was sold they tried to find homes for all the dogs, and Allstate is the last of thirty hound's that still needs a new forever home.

After a long hunting career, Allstate is looking for a home where he can be a real dog that cuddles on the couch, takes walks, and has a family of his own. Allstate walks great on a leash, get's along fine with dogs his size or larger, but he would be best in a home with no cats.

Having just spent a short time with Allstate, I can tell you that this is one smart dog, and once he get's acclimated to his new life, and family, he's going to be a fantastic companion.
