A 54-year-old Beacon man has been arrested after he allegedly broke into an area apartment, stole a car, and led police on a foot chase.

Police have identified a body found in a wooded area in Fishkill, New York.

The alleged incident took place on Friday, January 27th.

After a lengthy investigation, the City of Beacon Police Department has identified the man who was found deceased back on January 1st.

The 22-year-old man was charged with numerous felonies.

Beacon police are looking for the public's help in identifying this person.

The small dog required a 4-hour surgery after suffering a life-threatening puncture wound.
