3 Country Girl Beauty Tips for the Summer

Warmer weather is here and it's only going to get hotter the more we get into summer. So, Bustle.com has put out a list of 11 tips Southern women follow for the summer months.

Here are a few tips from the list:

• Hairspray is important in the south, because the humidity can be pretty bad. So, make sure your hairspray will be able to hold your style against all that gross humidity that is coming our way.

• Blotting papers are great to keep in your purse for those hot days. Southern women are used to sweating in very hot weather, so blotting papers are important keep the shine from the sweatiness at a minimum.

• Try to stay clear of scented lotions. Perfumed lotions can mean more bug bites.
