Cats to Guinea Pigs to Snakes — Patterson’s Animal Rescue Ark Opens Up for Adoptions in Brewster

Last Saturday, I was at a live appearance for the radio station and on the way home I decided to stop at a pet shop in Brewster, NY. I parked the car and just before I walked into the store, there they were! Three beautiful cats in cages waiting to be adopted. I strolled over to them...ok fine, I darted straight to the cages to ooooo, aahhhh and meow along with them.

The gentleman sitting with them told me that they Kero, Playful Shuster and Sweet Shuster were all adoptable,(the Shusters are brother and sister). He asked me if I was interested and while, yes, I am always interested, I already have three cats. He and his mother, Louise LoMeli, are co-owners of Animal Rescue Ark in Patterson, New York. They are a wonderful organization who host these adoption events and have another set for this Saturday, July 1, 2017 from noon to 3:00pm at Pet Kraze, 100 Independent Way in Brewster, New York.
