This is, in a word -- massive.

The reality of a busy person's life is the wonder of frozen foods. Chicken is kind of king in that area, so when a company issues a recall of this size, you have to go digging through your freezer immediately.

The USDA is reporting that OK Food, INC. is recalling about 933,272 pounds of breaded chicken products that may be contaminated with metal objects.

Metal you say? You heard correctly. Thankfully, there have been no confirmed reports of anyone experiencing any bad reactions by eating the products, but it's always better to be careful.

The recall involves 22 different chicken products ranging in bag size from 7 and 1/2 pounds to 30 pounds, including chicken patties, nuggets, chicken fries and more, with products dates from  Dec.19, 2016, to March 7, 2017.

If you have any of these products you are being urged to not use them, throw them away, or return them to the place you bought them.

Safety first.
