Natural Bug Spray You Can Make in Minutes
Recipes aren’t just for cooking and barbecuing, they're also for protecting you from bad bug bites. We’ve had a lot of rain this year which has brought us a banner population of mosquitoes. Add to that the new Zika threat we’re hearing about and it’s cause for worry.
Most bug sprays you buy have deet which works to protect you from mosquitoes, but the website Wellness Mama tells us that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says:
"Deet is a known eye irritant and can cause rashes, soreness, or blistering when applied to the skin.
In addition they say it’s been connected to neurological problems. Because of this I say a natural DIY bug spray is worth a try.
I stumbled across a recipie at DrAxe.com. Dr Axe says that in 2 minutes you can create this all natural bug spray that really works!
