Legendary Film + TV Producers’ Luxury $15M Connecticut Estate for Sale
I love looking through the most expensive homes for sale on Zillow, it's nice to dream. I found an interesting property this morning that stands out among the best of the best.

Out of the two dozen or so $15+ million dollar properties in Connecticut, there are currently three located outside of Fairfield County/Greenwich. The one I'm writing about today is located in the Northwest corner of the state, right by the Massachusetts border on Mount Tom Road in Salisbury. It's an incredible estate sitting on 474 acres, and the owners were the creative production force behind some of the most popular American sitcoms of all time, including Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Full House, and more.
Thomas Miller and Robert Boyett were the men behind Miller-Boyett Productions, and reading through the list of their film and tv credits, they played an important part in making us all laugh over the past 40 years. They made movies like Silver Streak and Foul Play, Little Darlings and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, and also iconic tv sitcoms like Happy Days, Mork & Mindy, Laverne & Shirley, Full House, Fuller House, Bosom Buddies, Family Matters, Perfect Strangers, and Joanie Loves Chachi.
You can see posters of some of their iconic work in the photos of the Media and Screening Room below.
