A Hudson Valley bingo caller is accused of rigging many games.

On Thursday, 71-year-old Neil S. Gross of Mohegan Lake was charged with first-degree gaming fraud, a felony. Gross was arrested after an investigation by New York State Gaming Commission and Yorktown police.

Gross is accused of rigging the outcome of multiple bingo games at the Yorktown Jewish Center. According to tapinto.net, Gross influenced the outcome of games with prize money totaling over $1,000. Details weren't released as to how he allegedly rigged the games.

Gross was released without bail and is scheduled to be back in Yorktown Justice Court on Sept. 11.
