CT Ranks No. 27 For Most Caffeinated State in the Nation
A new study reveals CT can't even be #1 in drinking coffee, yeah we lost this one too. Zippia conducted a study to find out which American state drinks the most java and we came in at 27.
They used three factors to get to the bottom of the cup: How much soda they drink, how much coffee the average person drinks and how often they search for coffee on Google. The top states for caffeine consumption were:
1 - Vermont
2 - Arizona
3 - Colorado
4 - New Mexico
5 - Hawaii
The States who take in the least caffeine are:
- Delaware
- Maryland
- Georgia
- New Jersey
- New York
- Pennsylvania
- Nebraska
- Virginia
- Arkansas
- Michigan
27 is ass, what are you people up to out there? C'mon Nutty Nutmeggers, pull it together and down some coffee, we have things to do. I need not apologize to anyone. As a person who wakes up at 3:30 every morning, I do my part and the parts of everyone else. What have you been drinking, Kombucha?
One of the other most interesting findings from the study comes out of Mississippi. 48% of Mississippians drink a soda or sugary juice every day. That's too much, have a glass of water.
This is the second time this week CT has landed right in the middle of the pack in a National study. Last time, we learned we were the 23rd Best State in the Nation. Maybe that is because we don't have enough caffeine pumping through our bloodstream to do awesome stuff.
This is getting embarrassing, I'm tired of losing things to states like New Mexico. Their state slogan is "New Mexico, Barely a State."
Let's do better and be fantastic and not so milk toast. Please and thank you.
