Charge Your Crystals Connecticut, It’s the Last Supermoon of 2022
Have you noticed that people love stacking rocks into cool little columns? I have a couple of rock gardens around our place in Torrington, and I see more and more of them everywhere I go, especially around water. Rock and crystal enthusiasts of Connecticut, head's up, the last Supermoon of 2022 is next week, so get ready to cleanse and charge your crystals under the powerful full moon.
The Sturgeon Supermoon will appear on Thursday, August 11 and it's the last Supermoon on 2022. We've had a Supermoon every month since May. It's called a Supermoon because the full moon occurs during the time of year when the moon orbits in to its closest point to us, making it appear slightly larger. Why Sturgeon? According to almanac.com, the giant Sturgeon of the Great Lakes, and Lake Champlain were easier to catch during this particular Supermoon light. Here's a photo of Sturgeon; picture them swimming in the moonlight, there's your moment of zen for the day.
It's the last Supermoon of 2022 and your last chance to cleanse and charge your crystals under such a powerful full moon, according to crystalvisions.net, and Mrs. Large. Both believe that crystals have the ability to absorb energy, both positive and negative, and leaving them out overnight in full view of the full Sturgeon Supermoon, or, any full moon, can clear a crystals energy and recharge it.
Now you know the answer as to why you'll find a Tupperware container full of Quartz, Amethyst, Seraphinite, and Black Tourmaline on my porch next week.
