Candlewood Plaza Shopping Center in Brookfield will be changing things up, seeing tenants switching locations, and welcoming a new one, according to the NewsTimes.

The center at the intersection of Candlewood Lake Road and Federal Road is moving things around soon and bringing in a whopper of an eatery -- Burger King.

Michaels crafts store will move to the space where OfficeMax used to be, which gives it an extra 5,000 square feet and CVS will move to the current Michaels location, which increases its size to 20,000 square feet from 8,000. CVS is also approved to add a drive-through pharmacy. The former location of Webster Bank, 46 Federal Road in Brookfield, will be a new Burger King restaurant.

The NewsTimes reports that the Michaels relocation will take place in the middle of 2018, and CVS before the end of 2018. In addition, what used to be Pizza Hut, just across the street at 7 Federal Road, will soon be a Dunkin' Donuts with a drive-thru. All good things are worth waiting for, so we will.
