Restaurant Near the Shoreline Highlighted for Best Pancakes in Connecticut

We can talk breakfast all day long. We have some elite choices in Connecticut and I am thankful for them. We have great donuts, breakfast sandwiches, diners, we have it all.

Another elite breakfast food? Pancakes. There is nothing better than a delicious stack of pancakes to start your day. Love Food just recently came out with a list of the best pancakes and the Connecticut restaurant to make the list is along the shoreline.

What are the best pancakes in Connecticut?

The restaurant to take the crown is Cristy's Restaurant in Westbrook. Cristy's is located at 1261 Boston Post Road in Westbrook and is open for breakfast and lunch. They have a 4.5 TripAdvisor rating and tend to be a local favorite. I've never heard of them, but as I took a look at their menu, I thought how that needed to change.

If they were highlighted for best pancakes, they had to be unique, right? The menu answered that question for me. Cristy's has over 40 flavors of pancakes for you to choose from. They honestly sound delicious. I don't know if I'd be able to come here and get anything else.

Some of the flavors include blueberry, raspberry, blueberry oatmeal crunch, banana chocolate chip, apple oatmeal, pumpkin, coconut chocolate chip, coconut pineapple macadamia nut, peach, reeses pieces, macadamia nut chocolate chip, etc. The list goes on. Some of the flavors I've never heard of for pancakes, but hey, it's worth a try.
