Jess was born and raised in the Bronx, New York and moved up to the Hudson Valley as a child. She grew up in Poughkeepsie and graduated from Spackenkill High School where she found her love of entertainment and sports. Jess then shipped up to Boston for college in Newton, Massachusetts where she began her radio career. After graduation she took a position with Townsquare Media as a Promotions Department assistant and then persistently asked for a shift on 97.7/97.3/105.5 The Wolf. As they say, the rest is history. It's been a wild ride ever since. Jess has been on The Wolf since 2013 and has been a host on The Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show for the last 10 years. If you want to talk pop culture, country music gossip, sports drama, trending TikTok videos or her dog Alan...Jess is your girl!
