The property also features a dock on Converse Lake and access to the nearby Greenwich Polo Club’s polo fields and matches. Although officially located in New York, the estate uses a Greenwich, Connecticut mailing address, as Conyers Farm spans both states. This sought-after neighborhood is known for its minimum lot size of 10 acres, which is completely normal

According to Mansion Global and Compass, the current owners, Jay and Alison Bernstein, acquired the estate in 2013 for $3.7 million. After moving into the five-bedroom home with their family, they commissioned architectural firm Alisberg Parker to design a 6,500-square-foot addition.

Yes, I think I'll have it! In fact, give me two $16 million estates and make sure the second one has a runway that can accommodate an F-14 fighter jet because I think I'll take up flying. Better yet, I want an aircraft carrier for an entire fleet. I'll also have a robot-horse coated in hot dog skins so that it looks real and smells delicious. I want a gold kitchen sink that pours only Mai Tais and a porch hammock that can hold the entire population of the island nation of Malta. That's me, I'm entitled now.
