It IS pumpkin spice season after all.

Insider reports that Spam is getting in the fall spirit the same way every other food and beverage product does: by creating a pumpkin spice Spam. The PSS (Pumpkin Spice Spam) (I made that up myself) will debut to the world on September 23, 2019. This will only be available at Spam.com and Walmart.com.

Insider had a preview sent to them and was able to try it out. According to the article, they claim it looks like normal Spam. However, they say that soon after the Spam was no longer in the can it smelled like pumpkin spice. The scent got stronger as they fried it. While they say the scent was strange, they say the taste wasn't that bad. It had the same texture of regular Spam, with the classic salty and porky flavor, just combined with cinnamon, clove, allspice, and nutmeg.
