Jennifer and Heather Bellizzi had big ambitions before the pandemic brought those plans to an abrupt halt. The sisters, who were event planners, dreamed about opening their own business until COVID put them on hold, as reported by News Times.

But the pandemic did give them time to plan and refine their business blueprint, which now includes opening a restaurant and ice cream shop in Georgetown and a café in downtown Ridgefield.

The sisters call their business ambitions the 'triple threat.' Opening soon at 19 Main in the middle of the Georgetown business district will be 3 Keys Restaurant.

Just up the street a bit at 28 Main, the Bellizzi sisters will also open up Crystals and Cones, which is scheduled to open on Thursday, July 1. The Queen B Café is located in Ridgefield at 417 Main Street.

Heather Bellizzi told the Newstimes that the concept for 3 Keys Restaurant is "The three keys to life; food, friends, and fun." The sisters also plan on featuring live music on the outside patio from time to time.

After you finish a delicious lunch or dinner at 3 Keys, walk next door to their new ice cream shop, Crystals and Cones, featuring not only scrumptious ice cream but candy and crystals too.
