‘The Guy From Saw’ Will Be In Wallingford, Connecticut On Thanksgiving Weekend
The other night, my fiancee was surfing the ol' web when she, all of a sudden, said out loud, "the guy from The Princess Bride will be in Wallingford next Saturday." Then I asked, "who?" and she says, "you know, Cary Elwes, he was in The Princess Bride, he is doing a meet and greet next weekend."

Still not knowing exactly who she is talking about, I ask again, "who?", Jen asks, "you've seen Liar, Liar right?", "yes," I reply, "he is the new dad", "OH", I exclaim. "You mean the guy from Saw." We both laughed about it, then I started this article.
This event is presented by Live Nation and is taking place Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday, November 26th at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford. Here is the event info directly from Live Nation:
Do not be a Humperdinck, make haste to see The Princess Bride: An Inconceivable Evening with Cary Elwes for a night you will always tweasure.
A limited number of VIP packages are available and include the best seats in the house, a Meet and Greet with Cary Elwes, and a signed copy of Cary Elwes best-selling book, As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride.
I have never seen The Princess Bride and I would rather ask him questions about Saw and Robin Hood: Men In Tights and what it was like to work with Mel Brooks. But I digress, The "Meet and Greet" will start at 7:30 and the ticket prices are very reasonable and you can get tickets right here
