Simba Is a Hurricane Refugee From Florida Relocated to New Milford
We know that Hurricanes affect people and their lives, but they also can change the lives of dogs and cats as well. Case in point, our latest Kicks 105.5 Pet of the Week, Simba.
Simba arrived here from Florida after Hurricane Irma. A chow mix and a happy go lucky boy, he is about five years old and like most of us, he likes to take life easy. He doesn't always see eye-to-eye with other dogs, so being an only child is probably the best bet. He's very fluffy, as you can see, and is extremely friendly.
Simba is looking forward to his first fall and winter here in the Northeast, and would love to be part of a family during the Holiday Season. So what do you say, want to meet Simba?
For more information on Simba, and all the other adoptable Dogs and Cats, call the Animal Welfare Society at (860) 354-1350 or visit them on Dodd Road in New Milford.
