Today, KICKS 105.5's Mr. Morning welcomed Gino and Matt from Wire Mill Saloon & Barbecue over in Georgetown for a live interview explaining their passion for barbecue and what it's like to serve our community and offer up a chance for YOU to win a gift card to their establishment.

Mr. Morning: "What’s your specialty? What’s the thing that sets you apart from any other place?"

Matt: "For me, in addition to the food, the atmosphere. Gino has done such a great job creating that vibe of southern hospitality."

Mr. Morning: "I wanted to sample some of your chicken because I think that’s something good to sample from a barbeque place -- everybody has their chicken and everybody makes it a different way."

Gino: "Yeah so we make our own rub -- our own dry rub. We put the rub on the chicken the night before and then we smoke it the next day and, yeah, it’s our homemade rub and we leave the sauces all on the side."
