Police Need Help IDing 2 Bodies Found Duct-Taped Together by Hudson River
Two bodies were found floating in the Hudson River duct-taped together. According to ABC News, the women are believed to be between 25 and 30 years old. Investigators are working with the idea that they may have wanted to end their own lives and bound themselves together before jumping into the water.
Police are still trying to figure out who the women are and have released the above composite images asking the public for any information. Both women are of medium build and medium complexions. They both have shoulder-length dark curly hair. Police say that one woman is about 5 feet 3 inches tall and the other is about 5 feet 6 inches in height. They were both wearing black leggings and black jackets with fur trim.
A 911 call by someone walking in the area alerted police to the bodies laying on the rocks near the river by 68th Street and Riverside Park on Wednesday afternoon (October 24).
Police ask anyone with any information to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
