A Danbury Man was arrested Saturday after police say he was videotaping a woman in the dressing room of a Newtown Road business.

It all started with a 911 call to police late Saturday morning, when someone claimed they spotted a man using his cell phone to record a woman in the dressing room of Plato's Closet on Newtown Road in Danbury.

Plato's Closet specializes in selling secondhand clothing for teens and young adults.

According to a press release from the Danbury PD, officers responded and upon investigating, say that they've determined that 43-year-old, Nivaldo Jesus of Danbury, was secretly videotaping a female in the changing room with his cellphone. Jesus was then taken into custody and was charged with disorderly conduct and voyeurism.

After being charged, Jesus was released on $2000 bond and is due back at Danbury Superior Court on April 28.
