Police: 4-Year-Old Missing From New Fairfield Near Candlewood Lake

UPDATE - 2:08 PM: According to the Connecticut State Police, 4-year-old Blake Taylor has been found safe and uninjured in the area of his home.

Police are currently searching for a local child who has reportedly gone missing.

According to a press release from the Connecticut State Police, troopers from Troop A, officers from the local New Faifield Area, State Police K-9 units and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) are currently searching for a 4-year-old named Blake Taylor.

Blake was last seen near 34 Candlewood Rd. in New Fairfield around the Candlewood Lake area at about 12:58 PM. He is a white male standing around 3 ft. tall with light brown hair and is not believed to have been wearing any clothing.

Police say that more information and a photo of Blake Taylor will be provided shorty, and we'll be sure to keep you updated.
