New Milford’s Sweet Spot To Close In January

2020 started with some sad news for area residents with a sweet tooth. The Sweet Spot bakery and ice cream shop in New Milford has announced that they will be closing their doors after over 10 years of serving up goodies on Railroad Street.

In a Facebook post, the owners of the Sweet Spot said,

After 10+ years as a business we have decided to close our doors for a number of reasons. This decision comes with great sadness but due to personal, financial and locational circumstances it is what's best for us as people and not just a business. We appreciate the opportunity to have been part of special moments for some of you and especially those who continued to support us and made us their go to for any occasion or craving. We've had an absolute blast and have loved every second of  providing you all with our talents and products.

The Sweet Spot's last day in business will be January 12 and they invite everyone to stop in before then and grab some of their favorites.
