The new store is called 'Made In Brazil Market' which features Brazilian specialties and goods and unique butcher shop selections. Back in April of 2019, the website 'Wallethub' tapped Danbury as the 11th Most Diverse City in the Country. Wallethubb's rankings also placed Danbury as the most diverse city in Connecticut and the 4th Most Diverse small city in all of America.

The owners of 'Made In Brazil,' Herminio De Souza, and his wife, Edneia Oliveira, have decided to add some of that Brazilian culture to the town of New Milford. Marianna Oliveira, originally from Brazil, told ctinsider.com she frequently traveled to Danbury to buy groceries. Marianna is thrilled that New Milford now has its own specialized Brazilian grocery store.

Unlike Shoprite or Stop & Shop that only carries a few select items, New Milford's, 'Made In Brazil' has all the Brazilian staples including Guarana Antarctica, Pao de Queijo, a traditional cheesy bread along with delicious boneless meats in their butcher shop.
