Menus Revealed For Bethlehem Fairgrounds Food Truck Festival

The Bethlehem Fair itself may have been cancelled this year, but the organizers have found a socially-distanced way to get some much needed revenue in their hands, and their vendor's hands, and some much needed fair food into our faces. I wrote an article last month about this weekend's Food Truck Festival Drive-Thru Event, it's at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds this Saturday and Sunday, September 12 &13, 2020, from 11AM to 6PM. Yesterday, the organizers took to their Facebook page to announce the trucks that will be at the event, and more importantly, their menus.

I took a deeper look into the vendors and items, and here's what is going to be there this weekend:

Low n Slow will be offering BBQ and Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Pork, Pulled Pork, and Mac & Cheese

Aloha Grill will sell Classic Greek Gyros, Chicken Gyros, and Italian Sausage Grinders

Dolly's Dogs will be serving Dogs, Tots, and my personal favorite, TOTchos.

Chicken Shack will pile on the Tenders, Buffalo and BBQ style, they'll also offer my beloved Poutine, and Fried Pickle Chips

Deb's Cafe serves up Fried Mootz, Jalapeno Balls, Onion Rings, and Fried Oreos

Chompers dishes up Tacos, Chicken Parm Balls, and Bacon Cheeseburger Balls

Classic Cuisine Baked Potatoes will bring their spuds and serve them up with an assortment of decadent toppings

Landon's Fritters will sling the fan-favorite Fried Dough, Hummel Corn Dogs, and an assortment of fruit-covered Fritters

and Ultimate Sundae will satisfy the sweet tooth with Ice Cream, Sweet Tea, Lemonade, Milkshakes, and Root Beer Floats.

There will also be simple beverage sales which will directly support the Bethlehem Fair Society. I hope to see you out there at the Fairgrounds this weekend, I'll be the guy in the Silver Subaru shoving Chompers Cheeseburger Balls and Landon's Fritters in my face.
