Angry Orchard to Hold Wassail Winter Fest 2024
Wassail Winter Fest is returning to Angry Orchard on February 24, 2024. They have put their spin on an old English tradition and hope you can come out for the celebration.
The purpose of wassailing is to awaken the cider apple trees and to scare away evil spirits to ensure a good harvest of fruit in the Autumn (via wikipedia)
What Happens at Wassail Fest at Angry Orchard
There will be food trucks, and fire pits, plus Angry Orchard will be releasing their limited edition Wassail Wooden Sleeper Cider that day. The cider house opens at 11 AM that day the Wassailing in the Orchard begins at 5 PM.

Live music, outdoor games even ax throwing will fill in the time for you and your tribe before it is time to head to the orcrads to chant and sing to the trees. This is a 21-and-over event. Tickets are $30 which includes access to the event, a fire torch and noise makers for the chants, free ax throwing, and live music. Fire pits must be booked - reserve here.

What to Wear at Wassail Winter Fest in Walden, New York
