New York Grown Trees and Shrubs For Sale
How would you like to help New York State reach its goal to plant 25 million trees by 2033?
Tree Initiative in New York
Back in 2024, New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced the launch of the "25 Million Trees by 2033" initiative, which recognizes the importance of trees and forests for climate mitigation and community health across New York.
At the time, Gov. Hochul, along with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), encouraged all New Yorkers who plant trees to record them via its "Tree Tracker," hoping to reach the goal of 25 million trees by 2033.
