Hillary Scott’s Twins Already Recognize Charles Kelley’s Voice
Lady Antebellum singer Charles Kelley wants to bond with bandmate Hillary Scott's babies, and it appears to be working.
Scott is expecting twins. Kelley posted to Instagram on Saturday, sharing a picture from Lady A's recent CMA Country Christmas performance in which he is singing directly to Scott's belly as she laughs.
"They say the babies start recognizing people’s voices at 18 weeks. I wanted to make sure I was one of them," he writes, adding, "Love ya @hillaryscottla and can’t wait for those twins to come!"
When It Comes to Baby Names Country Singers Get Creative
Scott replied to the post in the comments section, writing, "They definitely already know your vocal warmup by heart, ha! One of my fav pics! Love our growing Lady A Family."
Scott and her husband, drummer Chris Tyrell, revealed her pregnancy in August, sharing a video of the moment they told their 4-year-old daughter. Eisele, that she would be welcoming two baby sisters.
"Eisele is so excited to have her very own living baby dolls," the singer wrote as part of an adorable baby gender reveal. "Chris and I are beyond grateful that we get to raise a household of little ladies, and can't wait to watch and help them grow into kind, independent, and confident women!"
Scott is expecting her baby girls in February, and she recently shared a picture of her growing baby bump to Instagram, writing, "In case anyone was wondering this #twinpregnancy is getting REALLY real now."
Lady A's Dave Haywood is also expecting a baby girl in December with his wife, Kelli. She'll join older brother Cash, who was born in September of 2014. Charles Kelley and his wife Cassie also have a son, Ward, who was born in February of 2016.
