Greater Danbury Is Now Covered for Any Ice Cream Emergency
People in Greater Danbury can rest a little easier tonight knowing that if there's an ice cream emergency, help is just a phone call away.
Shireen D'Andrea of Woodbury is now offering all of Greater Danbury complete coverage for anyone experiencing an ice cream emergency, and she's saving lives one scoop at a time.
Ice Cream Emergency, which operates ice cream parlor style buses all around the state of Connecticut and in New Jersey, is now expanding their service to the Greater Danbury area.
There are now four buses in Connecticut, which are mobile ice cream parlors on wheels, and according to Shireen, what sets them apart from anyone else is that you actually get to go on the bus. "It's the coolest amazing experience you can have with gourmet ice cream. The ice cream is served by our scoopologists who are all ice creamable certified, and of course wearing red hospital scrubs. After you get your ice cream, it's time to head to the toppings bar, where your dreams become reality."
To introduce the area to Ice Cream Emergency, they will be having a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, March 5 at Family and Children's Aid at 80 West Street in Danbury from 1 PM to 3 PM. Shireen says, "everyone is invited to come and get some free ice cream, check out the bus, meet me and Debra, our franschisor. There's nothing better than watching peoples' reaction when they first step on the bus, it's amazing. We always have fun music going and festive lighting to go along with your ice cream experience."
The newest Ice Cream Emergency truck will be serving southwest Connecticut, and will include the towns of Sherman, New Fairfield, Brookfield, Danbury, Bethel, Newtown, Ridgefield, Redding, Wilton, Weston, Easton, Fairfield, Westport, Norwalk, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford and Greenwich.
To book them for your next corporate party, function, and even weddings, you can call Shireen at (475) 689-5515, e-mail her, or check out the Ice Cream Emergency website, and tell them what kind of Ice Cream Emergency your having, because they want to take care of that emergency "stat."
