"Eagles of Essex"
The Connecticut River Museum at 67 Main Street in Essex, CT has an exhibit offers visitors a gives you the chance to learn all about our national bird, the Bald Eagle. With a "build your own nest" activity for young visitors, lots of displays on exhibit and you can even try building a large eagle nest.
The RiverQuest also offers a cruise to encounter all kinds of wildlife and the majestic bald eagle along the Connecticut River.
