Donald Trump Jr May be Running for Political Office in New York

Donald Trump Jr. may be throwing his hat into the political ring to take office in New York. He hinted at this while speaking to members of F6 Labs gun club on Long Island according to Page Six.

A member of the club told the publication:

Don Jr. said he is interested in running for office, such as governor of New York, but the position of mayor of New York would be less interesting to him.

It was on the campaign trail with his dad that got him to thinking about a career in politics they say. New York’s Governor Cuomo is up for re-election in 2018, however Don Jr. made no mention of a timeline for this. In March he mentioned that he missed being on the campaign trail.

Donald Trump Jr. is a regular weekends in New York’s Catskill Mountains, fishing and hunting with family when he isn’t running the family’s empire.
