One of the biggest pop songs of the year is now even bigger, especially if you’re a fan of Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. New Haven Connecticut singer, songwriter, comedian Ian Biggs has penned an instant classic parody, using the Chainsmokers song "Closer".

Ian has opened for top selling artists, and has worked as a session musician for some big names in the industry. It's good to know, he does lots of local gigs in Hartford, New Haven and beyond as he's now on my radar.

Sports Illustrated featured the video, calling it’s lyrics “masterfully re-written”, featuring lots of Brady plays and mug shots from the season. With hundreds of thousands of views, it’s a giant salute to his seventh showing in the big game.

I’ll bet the Atlanta Falcons won’t like it as much as we do, but even if you’re not a Tom Brady fan you might like this video and song because of its clever lyrics.
