I really admire people who can change their minds—it’s a very mature (pronounced ma-TOOR) quality. If you live in Manchester and are worried your mail might be trapped inside, fret not. The U.S. government has a long and distinguished history of nailing the small stuff. Truly inspiring.   Also—let’s be honest—no one actually cares about mail. Getting something from the USPS is basically the equivalent of your wife handing you a crumpled piece of paper and asking you to throw it away, even though you’re both standing the same distance from the trash can.
