That actually did happen to a Connecticut resident this week. A winner from Ansonia cashed in a hefty prize of $1,000,000 after winning the "Ultimate 7's" game purchased from the Big Daddy Food Mart located at 59 Beaver Street in Ansonia. The scratch game costs $10 and you match your ultimate numbers with the numbers given. If your number matches, you win the prize shown. They also have bonuses where if you reveal a 77, you get double the prize and 777 is triple the prize. A "$100 Burst" makes you win $100 instantly.

The odds to win on this specific game are 1 in 3.47 but this Ansonia winner got real luck. It looks like there is still 1 more $1,000,000 out there. I can't imagine what this person from Ansonia felt like. Starting off the summer with a quick $1M sounds wonderful. I would probably book a flight pretty quick and go on vacation for a little bit.

Every time I see these lists, I think "when is it my turn?" I think I need to go buy a scratch-off quick.
