Connecticut Hidden Gem Goes Viral for Pasta Flights
I love all different kinds of flights. Food, drink, anything. They are a great option because you get to try a little bit of everything. It's the perfect thing for indecisive people or people that want a variety of different things.

A little while back, I wrote about a restaurant in Bloomfield called TJ's Burritos that specializes in flights. Currently, there's a restaurant in Connecticut getting viral attention for one of their current menu favorites - a pasta flight.

What's being called a Hidden Gem of Connecticut - The Oxford is a globally inspired restaurant that sits in Branford. They have been getting a lot of attention for a specific item that sits on their menu. They have a pasta flight that changes daily and features a chefs suggestion of 3 pasta shapes and sauces. I'm surprised more people haven't thought of this, because honestly, it's a great idea.
The posts about it have gotten over 360,000 views and over 12,000 likes. Anytime people talk about the restaurant, they seem to bring up the pasta flight. Here's a little peak of the other foods they have at their restaurant.
I've never heard of this place before, but it looks like I may need to take a trip and experience this pasta board for myself. What would be your ideal pasta flight? I'd love to know. The Oxford is located at 2 East Main Street in Branford and are open from 5-10 PM on Monday through Saturday.
