Connecticut used to be in the top three but slipped to #5 and I think you know why, cost of living, CT is known as the Pothole State, CT drivers suck, and quite honestly we're not all that friendly.
But we're still in the top 10 because we're one of the most edumacated states in the nation. CT is one of the safest states in the country and as rumor has it, we have the cleanest teeth in these United States.
