Brookfield Residents Must Use Online Form Only to Submit Damage Reports
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE TOWN OF BROOKFIELD:
First Selectman, Steve Dunn, is urging residents to use the online form on the Brookfield town website when submitting pictures and descriptions of any damage incurred during the storm that ravaged the area last week. The separate email address for storm damage claims is no longer available. To receive any funding from FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency), President Trump must declare the town of Brookfield a disaster zone.
In order to substantiate our claims, we are asking residential and businesses property owners to submit picture(s) of damage to any structure on your property, along with the address pictured, and a description of the extent of damage sustained. -Steve Dunn, First Selectman Town of Brookfield, CT
You can click here to be directed to the town's website where you can find the online form to submit your claims. While a lot of residents have had power restored, Eversource crews are still working to bring power back to everyone. Ongoing updates are provided on the town's website.
