Brookfield Police are hosting their 6th Annual Stuff-A-Cruiser toy drive and it is going down this Saturday, December 12 from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Brookfield Police are teaming up with KICKS 105.5, Chick-fil-A and Candlewood Coffee for another successful toy drive to benefit Yale New Haven Children's Hospital. They are asking you bring new and unwrapped gifts to 84 Federal Road, Brookfield. It is the parking lot next to Five Guys/Kohls, and a banner will be hung up.

All COVID guidelines will be in place, and a contactless drop-off will be available on the day of the event. If you are still concerned, there are additional boxes set up in the police department lobby.

Some gift ideas and suggestions from the Brookfield Police are:

Infant & Toddlers:

  • Bubble tumblers
  • Musical toys
  • Pop up toys
  • Big wooden puzzles
  • Fisher Price toys
  • Teethers

Preschool & School-Age:

  • Legos
  • Little People (sets & people)
  • Match Box/Hot Wheels Cars
  • Board Games
  • Sports Balls/Nerf Balls
  • Action Figures/Barbie/Plastic Dolls

Adolescents:

  • Headphones
  • Water bottles
  • Wrist watch
  • Slippers/Fuzzy socks
  • Alex & Ani bracelets
  • Gift Cards

Additionally, cash donations will be accepted in lieu of gifts.

Anyone dropping off a new and unwrapped toy will receive a cup of Candlewood Coffee and lunch provided by Chick-fil-A.
