Her name is Heidi McLaughlin, and she's a New York Times and USA Today best selling author. Her book, Forever My Girl has been made into a major motion picture, and she took some time to chat with us.

Imagine if one of your novels made it all the way to the big screen. That's just what happened to best selling author Heidi McLaughlin. The full-length feature Forever My Girl is a Country Music love story that hits theaters Friday (January 19). Heidi took some time out to talk to Mr. Morning & Suzy about the movie, the red carpet, and actually having a cameo in the film:

The movie tells the story of a country music superstar (Alex Roe) who left his bride (Jessica Rothe) at the altar years earlier in order to chase fame and fortune instead. When he returns to his hometown for the funeral of his high school best friend, he is suddenly faced with the consequences of all that he left behind.
