Welcome to the latest edition of the Ace Endico Restaurant Spotlight, where we feature some of the great eateries Connecticut has to offer. This month, we're rounding down our usual top 5 list to showcase just one local restaurant that is offering what is easily the best Thanksgiving menu in town.

Located at 5 Eagle Road in Danbury, Barbarie's Black Angus Grill is giving its customers the chance to eat, drink, and be thankful with easy hot and ready to serve or cold and heat at home Thanksgiving dinner options that the entire family will love.

With trays that feed approximately 6-10 people, you can get your dinner guests started with appetizers such as shrimp cocktail, hummus, tomato mozzarella bruschetta, and a meat/cheese platter that includes cheddar, gorgonzola, romano, soppressata, prosciutto, fresh figs, candied pecans, honey, crackers, and breadsticks.

You'll also have a variety of salads to choose from like the garden, caesar, signature house, or autumn salads. If you want our recommendation, we'd have you go with the autumn salad as it's the perfect assortment of ingredients (baby kale, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, and apple cider vinaigrette) for Thanksgiving.

Finally, there are the main entrees and side dishes, which will be the main attractions at your Thanksgiving dinner. Sliced turkey and homestyle gravy, sausage stuffing, and mashed potatoes are all on the menu along with green bean almondine, turnip, pearl onion and carrot medley, and roasted Brussels sprouts, bacon, and aged balsamic. Don't forget to order extra servings of gravy and cranberry sauce!

Barbarie's Black Angus Grill is accepting orders or reservations for Thanksgiving until November 20, so give them a call today at 203-826-7406. You can click here to view their full Thanksgiving menu.
