Connecticut State Police are calling it a "high steaks pursuit on Route 184."

Just after sunrise last Friday, February 21, drivers began slowing down as they watched about a dozen cows out for a stroll just minding their own business on Route 184 in North Stonington, CT. The caper titled "high steaks pursuit" was caught on video from Connecticut State Police Troop E in Montville.

The bevy of bovines had apparently made a break from their farm according to the website officer.com and were beginning to block the flow of traffic. With the help of various ranchers and Troopers, the cows were herded back to their home pasture. No animals or humans were injured in the pursuit.
