I don't know about you, but I get visibly excited by the sights and smells of an all-you-can-eat buffet. Everywhere you look, there it is, delicious morsels of food piled high, daring you to stack your plate to mind-blowing proportions.

As you might guess, I have always had portion control issues when it comes to good food, so I haven't taken off my shirt in public since I was 11. But I digress.
