Officer Michael Dimeglio was arrested and charged with Second Degree Larceny and Second Degree Reckless Endangerment. The two will appear in court on February 16.

According to the Hartford Courant, the two had been drinking several beers in the police station parking lot. When police located Laudano's Ford Explorer and Dimeglio's Ford Crown Victoria in the hotel parking lot, there were empty beer cartons on both vehicles' front seat. The two will appear in court on February 16 and are free on a $75,000 bond.
