Connecticut’s Best Among Litchfield’s Restaurant Week Participants

The list of cities that present 'Restaurant Weeks' continues to grow across Connecticut, but one of the strongest list of participating restaurants for 2024 belongs to Litchfield. Litchfield Restaurant Week 2024 runs from Friday, March 22 through Friday, March 29. This year, over 20 restaurants will offer three price points for their dining-in or to-go options - $25, $35, and $45. The most prominent restaurant in this year's lineup of very strong participants is Materia Ristorante. which is located at 637 Bantam Road in Bantam, Connecticut. Good news, Bantam hasn't organized it's own Restaurant Week, yet, so hang on tight to your suburban friend, Litchfield. Materia Ristorante is the reigning Connecticut Restaurant Association and Connecticut Magazine Restaurant of the Year, and Materia Chef David DiStasi was the CRA Chef of the Year 2023.

You could also try another perennial Best of Connecticut winner @the Corner's Lunch or Dinner menu on the prix-fixe-cheap. Mockingbird Kitchen and Bar, Saltwater Grille, Wood's Pit BBQ, Marketplace tavern, The Village Restaurant, Bohemian Pizza & Tacos, Clubhouse Provisions, Meraki, Petraroia Deli, Dutch Epicure Shop, Krafted Brew Lab, Litchfield Distillery, West Street Grill, Patty's Restaurant, Ollie's Pizza, Ripe Tomato Deli, Hometown Pizza, and Jackie's Restaurant round out the list of Litchfield heavyweights.

Where to start? I don't know, but I'd better come up with $500 quick to try them all, restaurant weeks don't come around too often, and Litchfield's lineup is stellar.
